What started with a single office in San Francisco has grown into an in-home care operation that serves eight city locations and thirteen counties. Our caregivers live and work in their communities, which means they can offer resources and answer questions that are unique to each area. It’s our motto to go above and beyond, because we believe people matter.

Offering In-Home Care Services in Northern California
It is the mission of Alegre Home Care to provide compassionate, inclusive, personalized in-home care in Modesto, CA and throughout the San Francisco Bay Area designed to help people remain connected to their communities and stay independent in their own homes. In each of the locations we serve, we contribute extra community services throughout the year so that we can go that extra mile to strengthen our neighborhoods.
Our San Francisco office is located at 3421 Geary Boulevard, in the Inner Richmond neighborhood. We love the rich and diverse culture of this neighborhood, all the locally-owned shops, and the many generations of families who grew up here. Like this neighborhood, we are a diverse and inclusive in-home care agency, treating all individuals in our care with equal compassion and respect. We participate in many San Francisco events throughout the year, including the Alzheimer’s Association Annual Updates Conference, Pride, and gift baskets through Openhouse.
The Alegre Home Care San Rafael office is located at 4380 Redwood Highway, Suite A6. The services we provide extend beyond the home and into the community. For instance, one of the events we support in Marin county each year is the Marin Senior Fair. It is the largest event of its kind in Northern California, and is a fun way for seniors and home caregivers to connect in person with members of their communities.
The Alegre Home Care Santa Rosa office is located at 101 Brockwood Avenue, Suite 205. We love being part of the Santa Rosa community. To show how much we care, we participate in special events throughout the year. For instance, each year we sponsor the Mother’s Day Flowers event in Sonoma county, where we send each woman in their program a bouquet of flowers on Mother’s Day.
The Alegre Home Care San Jose office is located at 3033 Moorpark Avenue, Suite #2, in the Magliocco Huff neighborhood. We’re conveniently located off the 280 Highway, right around the corner from the Winchester Mystery House. We understand the needs of our South Bay clients because Alegre in-home caregivers live and work in the community. There is a team of caregiving staff designated for each client of Alegre Home Care, to ensure the best possible care.
The Alegre Home Care San Mateo office is located at 1660 South Amphlett Boulevard, Suite 128. As a local in-home care agency, we like to participate in community events. One San Mateo event we sponsor each year is Seniors on the Move, which helps people learn how to stay active and healthy as they age.
The Alegre Home Care Stockton office is located at 1231 W. Robinhood Drive, Suite #A-1, near the San Joaquin Delta College and the Lincoln Village neighborhood. We feel it is important to honor the seniors in our community, which is why we participate in local events like Senior Awareness Day each year. The event provides numerous resources and welcomes all family members, caregivers, and seniors to participate in the activities.
The Alegre Home Care Modesto office is located at 1400 Florida Avenue, Suite 206, close to Roosevelt Park. Modesto has a vibrant community that offers a little something for everyone. We like to be active within the Modesto community and participate in a variety of local events, such as the annual Age with Movement Celebration, hosted by the Healthy Aging Association.
