A message dedicated to your health and safety about Coronavirus known as COVID-19

As our community continues to work together to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we’d like to take a moment to provide you with an update on the precautions Alegre Home Care is taking to ensure the safety of our clients and employees.

By now you may have heard that 6 Bay Area counties are ordered to “Shelter in Place”.

Alegre Home Care and its workforce are considered an “Essential Business” and will remain open and available to clients and employees 24 hours a day as usual.

Alegre Home Care continues to observe the CDC’s recommendations on disease prevention, handwashing and cleaning protocols, as well as providing guidance on managing staff members who are displaying flu-like symptoms.

Additionally, all caregivers are following all universal precaution guidelines and are required to call the office to report if they are not feeling well or exhibit signs of cold or flu. If an employee reports this to the office, they may not report to work until properly cleared and ready to return to work.
